A recent report produced by Adande Refrigeration, based on visits to its website, confirms that data-logging is a burning issue for those in the industry.

Effective monitoring and recording of information is central to the internationally accepted HACCP 7 system, which acts as a preventative approach to food safety. Regulations state that businesses must record the temperature of all cold storage units and maintain records for many years.
